If you have a Gmail account, I recommend uploading your video to YouTube. You can create a “channel” with a different name from your Google/Gmail username (so random strangers won’t figure out your Gmail address just from your YouTube channel name). You can also make your videos “unlisted” (so random strangers cannot find your video via search or via Google’s recommendation algorithm).
