I'm wading through the FL statutes governing condos incl laws that went into effect in January concerning condos with more than 2 floors or more than x units. Slow going. There are a few in my area I like a lot. I've been given the go ahead to buy one if that's what I decide. I just have to do a lot more research. It's really tempting because these places I like are beautiful and mobile home living wouldn't compare. I'll have to stay where I am for an extra month or two after my finances are settled. The logistics will take time. Today's adventure was having the cracked casement window blow apart in the wind leaving glass and shards outside and inside and holes in places where there used to be glass. I cut cardboard panels and used duct tape to cover the window and tape up the outside. Wow. I'm glad that happened. Now it's over and done. It's one less thing to need to do in the future.

I pointed out in a separate thread the one big beautiful bill gave practically unlimited funding. They already have massive funding. So what's to keep them from using it? I don't see an "after..." The Democrats have failed. That's what they do best.
