Responding to the title rather the opening post:

            1, 4, 0 (I’m a vegetarian.)

As a side rant, I’m annoyed at how coffee beans are being sold. It’s now light, medium, dark roast, whereas 20 years ago there were finer distinctions: light, city, full city, Vienna, French, Italian. But these days I guess that’s too complicated for the average American.

I prefer Vienna roast but few companies offer it. La Colombe’s Corsica blend is pretty close, so that’s what I’ve been buying.

I’m not a vegetarian, but I just don’t like meat like that.

Too funny. I almost posted "0" for the steak because back when I was younger I occasionally ordered mine "blue"

@wtg what does “blue” mean, is that a degree of well-done?

No, blue is less cooked than rare.

I used to do steak tartare, too. 😊

@wtg ahh, thanks for the explanation!

Basically I just don’t like steak, so I don’t want to eat whether it’s almost raw or well-done.

Coffee on the other hand, I could enjoy in just about any preparation. Well except I really don’t like it if it’s too weak.
