@jon-nyc except for that trifling lung ailment, you have enviable genes - the metabolic gift you just mentioned and (even more desirable IMO) somehow only getting by on about half the average sleep the rest of us poor slobs need. (And I'm the opposite - need at least ten hours sleep )
