Meanwhile in Singapore:
https://www.moh.gov.sg/newsroom/update-on-covid-19-situation-
"The estimated number of COVID-19 cases in the week of 27 April to 3 May 2025 rose to 14,200 cases, compared to 11,100 cases in the previous week."
I found a nice hard cover copy of Julia Child's "Julia's Kitchen Wisdom" 'Essential Techniques and Recipes from a Lifetime of Cooking' at the thrift shop last week. It's a very useful little book.
@Bernard said in School bus drives off the road:
Am I being ageist, or shouldn't there be an age limit for school bus drivers?
I don't think you're being ageist. Aren't there stats about the age beyond which reflexes are slowed enough to be concerning?
What age do most states require drivers to do actually driving tests, 70? Should that be the cut off for commercial drivers maybe?
Or am I missing something?
