What a pushover I am. Just ordered it. I noticed it can replace two tools, my current mandoline and a french fry cutter that I never really liked.

Yes, let us know how you like it. I have a more conventional mandoline, but I must be very careful using it, particularly for hard vegetables.

I was wondering about that safer option - yes, let us know how well it works. I'd like to get rid of our current one...

Would be more fun if it were designed to look like a guillotine.

                Or a mandolin!

It's the berries! The only thing I don't love about it is the item to be processed has to fit into the hopper. It will take a medium russet potato though, so you just have to be conscious about what you buy. I sliced up potatoes in no time flat and did not have to be cautious about my hand.

                            Is the cutting blade replaceable?

I doubt it. But I’ll likely never wear it out.
