We got very lucky! We got some much needed rain (and we really needed it) but no flooding in town (as far as I know). But I saw some pretty bad photos of flooding in other places not so far away. And a few places had a lot of other kinds of storm damage as well.

This summer has been rough in a lot of places.

Haha, I’m so confused! There’s a “September Song” that goes back at least to the 1930s, and this is not that. And then I thought of the song “Try to Remember” whose lyric mentions September in the second line, and it’s
not that either. I am behind the times
