I'm very much a 'football highlights are on the news' person.
But the world cup brings in the south americans and others to make it an interesting and more exciting competition.So first game I'm watching, going to have to do a search cos I thought Curaçao is a drink?
Well done USA on their start the other night!

@Daniel Gross exploitation. Dynamic ticket prices (4 US AGs have launched investigations), the water fiasco (where FIFA said it would no longer allow spectators to brings refillable water bottles to fill from taps at the statiums, forcing people to buy $5 - $10 bottled water from the concession; some sort of compromised was reached--too late), and FIFA's issuing the FIFA Peace Prize to none other than the orange menace. It's clear that FIFA is only concerned with money and they'll kiss anybody's ass for it (like much of the corporate world), not football.
