Silver Spring Horseradish Sauce.
Its heat index is on the hot side but it’s not overwhelmingly so. Silver Spring is my favorite one so far but I by no means have tried all horseradish sauces. A Spanish ethnic grocery store where I bought it discontinued selling it. It didn’t sell well enough I guess but I found another store that carries them.

Aloha Soy Sauce. #1 brand in Hawaii. Our friends rave an out the stuff and bring it back whenever they visit relatives in Hawaii. Got some on Amazon.

It definitely has more flavor than our usual soy tipple - Kikkoman. Very tasty and the big bottle should last a long time.

Silver Spring was the only brand of Horseradish my parents would buy. I still remember it - a favorite!
I’ll have to see if I can find it.

Try your local Kroger; our Mariano's carries it.

Weber’s blend of horseradish and mustard was a regional specialty where I grew up, in Buffalo. A companion to the also hyperlocal roast beef on kümmelweck roll. It’s been decades since I tasted it. These days there are many ways to get it.

I picked up a jar of homemade "Cowboy Candy" at a local farmers market a few weeks ago. Sweet and hot pickled jalapenos. Very nice with cheeses, deli meats, and just about anything else.
@Bernard My mom make Cowboy Candy! It’s great!

"Cowboy Candy"
Found a recipe and it sounds intriguing. Have quite a few jalapenos in the garden. Might need to experiment.

@Steve-Miller I like Aloha soy sauce, too. I wish our local Fred Meyer (Kroger) carried a smaller bottle; the big one takes up too much space in my cupboard. The local Asian markets have the big bottles, too.
