    I first heard about this sale last week. It seems strange to me that a Chinese company would pay four times the assessed value for this property. What's that all about, I wonder. No one seems to know, but apparently Sununu may have been involved. Glad that nasty pos is out of office.

              Yeah, the previous owner STAG Industrial should totally have rejected the offer to buy the warehouse at four times the assessed value, or maybe insist that it be bought at no more than one and one half times of the assessed value.
