I only made it few the first few minutes but the fact the man was or ICE thought he was (?) Honduran was the pretext for smashing his window and grabbing him out of the car? Hopefully, they didn't shoot him dead.

There's no way this isn't happening in Florida but I haven't seen it.

Has anyone here seen ICE in the streets where you live or were visiting?

Haven’t seen them yet, fortunately. I was in Chicago in November but didn’t see them. I’ll be in SFO and LA and Sandy Eggo next month (west coast college tours with the boy). Might see them there.

Incidentally, I got treated with kid gloves by police in Hawaii for being white. Kind of good, ironic, and disgusting, all at the same time.

Being patrilineally of Jewish descent I certainly knew it could happen to become like this but I never truly thought I would...
