True she was on the wrong trying to leave the scene. But here cops can’t execute you for it.

Bingo. There was no reason to fire on her, he was well out of harm's way by that time. Yeah, she had a hand in the tragedy but that does not absolve the agent. As most of you know, I usually come down on the side of LEOs in these things, but I cannot here. That woman simply panicked when they got violent. It would have been an easy matter to pick her up later.

I think current ICE are willing pawns. A symptom of the rot above. I would bet that somewhere in the entry papers signed is the fine print agreeing to follow all existing laws. That way, they can be 'thrown under the bus' by the higher-ups as the claim of immunity ends.
