I have three roof leaks from Milton. This could have been taken care of by co-owner but he pocketed their $5,100. The application was in his name, so they gave him the money. He spent the money on drugs. I filed a complaint with FEMA. They didn't follow up on it.
The leak over the hallway casement window spread to an adjoining ceiling tile. I noticed ripples in it a couple weeks ago along with ripples on the wall panels.
Well, this morning I noticed water on the floor. It kept coming back after I got rid of it
12 hours after it rained the hall ceiling won't stop leaking. I put a rectangular porcelain pan under it. It's all I had.
Peak hurricane season is August and September.
This mobile home will flood.
I need a place to live until the end of September. I need to keep my working relationship with my manager on good terms. I want to buy here.
What a nightmare.
If that wasn't bad enough co-owner made his window screens disappear in a drug fueled rage. I'm being bitten by mosquitoes day and night. They might be living in the wall. I see them swarming outside in the evening. They are attacking me now at 11:30 a.m.
I'm to the point where I don't give a damn what happens to co-owner anymore at all as long as there is a double locked door between him and me and there will be.

1 leak is now 4 or 5. The tile is the width of the hallway and then squared. It's sagging. It's clearly holding water. The water drips out several times a minute. The water is an ugly brownish yellow. This is clearly due to the water picking up pollution.

Update. The ceiling tile developed a seam in the middle; then, a flood was released; then, the tile split in two pieces.
Finally, they fell out of the ceiling, flooding the hallway a second time, and, then the tile fell to the floor.
Concerns: flooding, pink insulation, tile might have asbestos, the daylight I can see from the hole in the ceiling.

Add to that the possibility of mold from trapped moisture up there.
I'd be calling in a professional roofer to assess the situation. I agree with @Big_Al , this may not be a DIY situation.
Good luck with the repair.
