@Nina I love the new avatar! Big fan of owls here.

In fact we've had a great horned owl in the neighborhood for the last several days. Starts hooting around 10 pm and goes on for a few hours.

@wtg I love hearing owls! We had a nest right next to one of our houses in Phoenix, and they hooted away every night. We also had no rats or mice. Just javelina.
