I know. The greenhouse, while a bit on the worn side, was the icing on the cake for this gardener.

I like it. Would have to make a few changes. Would start with the basement carpet.

There are two wet bars in the house, one in the basement and one off the family room. Those MCMers loved to party!

I looked up the obit for the owner (the listing said it was an estate sale). I can just imagine the parties that were held in that house.
