It's a woman's prerogative to change her mind? Let's replace that with- It's a person's prerogative to change a person's mind. It's a person's prerogative to change a person's mind once, twice, or three times a day. There hardly seems to be enough hours in a day for a person to change a person's mind four times in a day, but it's entirely possible.
