I like the studio. A most unconventional use of home space otherwise.

I like the colors a lot. It's very rectangular and square; I would introduce curvilinear elements if it were mine. I find it quite visually pleasing though. The artwork reminds me of another artist I'm familiar with.

The yard, balconies, everything, looks perfect.
We'd soon mess the place up and fill it with books & stuff.

I'm conflicted about this one. There's a lot to love but for some reason it doesn't draw me in and make me say "wow".

The interior reminds me of a gift shop. Or maybe a conference center. I do like the color palette and there are tons of architectural details like the cove lighting and the varying height ceilings that are very Sarah Susanka-ish and that are definitely my thing.

But...I don't see interior areas that invite me to sit down and chill. Like there are no tables near the sofa. Where to put my cup of tea? And the slipper chairs with the big pillows that have to be moved in order to be comfortable to sit in. The sofa in the hallway near the front door? I guess you could drop your coat there but it isn't a place to sit. Well, maybe if you're waiting for an Uber to pick you up.

It's also a bit on the dark side, and that's coming from someone who isn't into super-light colored interiors.

But...they've done a masterful job of integrating the inside and the outside. Nice views of the outside from many areas of the house. The walkout basement with the doors to that very inviting patio garden -- lovely. That inviting, cozy vibe is what, for me, is missing from much of the rest of the house.

I think I'll save my $2.65 million and see if there's something else out there that I can't live without.

I love it! But I would clear some of the plantings near the windows. It seems like every window has something blocking it.

It's cluttered, which is not my style.

I wonder if it was originally a multifamily house, maybe different apartments on all three levels?

so overdone and pretentious. I want a house to be cozy.

I'm nearly always conflicted looking at house photos; the appeal of older, cozy, perhaps romanticised homes... yet knowing when my boots are on the ground I'll be instantly loving spacious, high, light-filled rooms.

I would repaint the interior with antique white (or some light version of beige), simple ceiling white for the ceiling.

Oh, I like it a lot! I enjoyed all the artwork.

I think they need a different color piano though... Maybe red like Elton John's red Yamaha.... That corner where the piano is is too dark and the black piano got swallowed up...

Ahh. All good points! You made some comments like this when we moved and were trying to decide what goes where, and I found it very helpful! I ended up moving things around, adding side tables etc. and it really helps to think about the way spaces will be used.

I think the first could photos of this listing look like places that are only meant to be walked through, so that could be improved upon.

I also like the colors in the bedrooms.
