    I looked at the info for student who want to take a carillon class, here's the prereq info: Pre-requisites: Ability to read treble and bass clef and familiarity with keyboard sufficient for quickly identifying notes and chords on the keyboard. Ability to climb stairs to reach university carillon They should "ability to go down the stairs" because that was the hard part for me yesterday! (As long I don't have to have surgery on my foot, I'm good....)

    It depends. With my weightlifting regimen AI says I should be eating a couple hundred grams of protein a day, which is ridiculous. I generally don't get to 100 and I suspect my kidneys thank me for it. But I'm all for getting rid of as many artificial ingredients as possible. My general rule is if I read the ingredients and there's something I don't recognize as food in its own right or as natural it goes back on the shelf.
