It's November 5 and my begonias are still blooming like crazy, as are my basil and other herbs. Crazy.

It's November 5, we haven't had a killing frost. My poblano peppers are blooming and forming new peppers and the cold-sensitive impatiens are blooming like crazy. Even the hostas are mostly green, with very few leaves turning yellow.

I harvested all the basil because it was getting down into the 40s and it wasn’t going to last much longer. But the parsley is lush, still going great guns (how can I use it all?) Rosemary, sage and tarragon still fine.

I think that ends tonight. We didn't get out of the upper 40s today; we're going to be at or below 32 tonight.

But it will be back in the 60s by Sunday!

Cool tech, but these new fast chargers must use astonishing amounts of power to charge them. The fast chargers we have now are very thirsty as it is.

If this continues you’re going to need a small substation for each charging location.
