Best apple pie in each state

It's fall and of course I'm in an apple frame of mind...
I can vouch for their choices of best apple pie in Illinois and Wisconsin; I've eaten the offerings from both Hoosier Mama (IL) and The Elegant Farmer (WI). All of Hoosier Mama's pies are to die for. The Elegant Farmer pie is baked in the paper bag that it comes in.
