What do you think of this house?

We are selling it. It’s a nice AirBnb but it doesn’t rent consistently enough to justify operating it and the property tax just took a huge jump.

The fact it has a transferable AirBnB license is an important selling feature. They aren’t issuing them any more.

Wow, the listing photos look really great! YOU've hared photos before (if I'm remembering right?) but I didn't realize how large it was!

So you'll sell with all the furnishing etc.?

It was painted in those grays when we bought and it really didn’t need re-painting so we left it.

We bought it fully equipped and with any luck we’ll sell it the same way. If not we’ll have to hire an estate sale company or something to empty it out. Doubt we’ll get much for any of it.

The kitchen is nice but really small for a house of its size. If I were to live there I’d expand it in to the eating area behind it.
