<![CDATA[What do you think of this house?]]>We are selling it. It’s a nice AirBnb but it doesn’t rent consistently enough to justify operating it and the property tax just took a huge jump.

The fact it has a transferable AirBnB license is an important selling feature. They aren’t issuing them any more.
