On the north side of my town. Eek.

Trying to figure out the choice of kitchen counter and backsplash in the main kitchen.

Good luck finding your white gloves in there! Reminds me of the Absolutely Fabulous episode, "The New Best Friend." 🙂

From the outside, it looks like a mega church. The foyer looks like a great place to roller skate!

I'm torn, because, with a car port added over the entrance, and inside some nice Persian rugs and choice furniture to add colour and texture, I reckon it will be absolutely fabulous.
Certainly an austere blank canvas at the moment.

              @wtg omg that’s wild.

Maybe they should fill it with furniture designed by the person who did the furniture for the ShiroKuro sushi place I posted a while back. It would be like living in the Take On Me video.

The foo-foo Provincial furniture looks ridiculous.

The first laundry room with the white appliances was designed by someone who has never done laundry. The second laundry room has black appliances - really the only color in the house. I suspect they were brought in from a previous house to save money.

The kitchen looks like AI - there’s no kitchen sink and the work triangle is non-existent. The plants photograph gray for some reason. Very strange.

The garage is absurdly small for a house of that size, and it’s hard to believe that they never finished the drywall.

Looks like they ran out of money when it came time to install vanities. I suspect they’re stock Home Depot units and if they aren’t they’re perfect copies.

That place makes me want to take a bag of cans of spray paint of different colors to it.
                      I like white walls, but...
Adding some Oriental rugs, etc. might make it ok.

Not sure I want all that stone floor for my piano.
Toilet too close to a wall, may feel claustrophobic.
Garage not really connected to the house, may get wet when walking from garage to house when it rains.

Imagine having a budget of 1.7 million to hire an architectural firm to buy whatever kind of lot/ land and steer all of your budget into something you could think of as your dream house.

It wouldn't take me a minute to decide to do that instead of buying some AI looking monstrosity.
