Japan a no go

We were leaving for an expensive trip to Japan on Saturday the 20th.
I tested postive for Covid September 10, then Bob tested positive on the 15th.
Covid interacts with GERD. The Covid is gone, but the GERD is very bad. Eating very little and what I can eat is strictly limited.
We bought Travel Insurance. The company requires records from a physician. That may be a problem. Both of us have seen NP and maybe on PA. Hard to find a doctor any more.

I am past Covid. Covid aggravates GERD a h*** of a lot. I spent much of the night on all fours coughing stuff up. Much more miserable than the Covid I had. Bob has Covid. He has been driving me to the doctors, etc.

Also, perhaps an NP or PA’s statement could fill in as physician?
