I've been to this house, though only outside to see the yard during a garden tour. The owner has done "natural landscaping", so there is no lawn anywhere and there are tons of medicinal and edible plants all over. Interesting concept but not particularly well-executed.

The listing doesn't have a good photo of the house from the street, but I found one:

The house itself has some very nice elements, but really needs someone who can look at the whole project and pull it together.

Wow, the first floor is gorgeous, and the attic and basement have so much potential.

But yeah, it's generally a bad sign when not only is first listing photo not the front of the house, but there's no shot of the house at any point in the photo line-up!

Yeah, I had to go out to maps to get street view. Nice naturalized front yard. No lawn to speak of, but not unkempt. Liked the inside.

The woodwork is sooooo beautiful. I could live in it as-is…I’m not too picky and I’m not rich!

Wouldn’t take much to make the interior look good Paint out the Kelvinator White walls and it will look very nice. Big rugs or carpet will solve the floor/beam clash problem.

The grounds are a hot mess.

Went under contract a couple of days after it went on the market. I'm not surprised.
