I didn't see this earlier. It's the full 20 minute interview with Macron.

These are fine words, but Europe must remilitarize or submit. Simple choice.

And yet I dislike your Vicepotus even more.

Not sure why tbh, he's an educated professional, served with the marines; but trad RC, opposed to abortion & gun control & same sex marriage.
It's easy to say Mr T is bloody awful because...
but I can't quite put my finger on my reason to dislike Mr V even more.

        I digress

There would be historical precedent for it or at least historical explanation.

In any case, no regime change in Russia. It's Russia, FFS. Let's get a grip.

I'm not saying anything here wants it. It's what the neocons in both parties want.

I read there are a million dead in Ukraine. I'm definitely sure they are conscripting men by kidnapping them off the street. It's clearly a war meaning I guess it could go on like this indefinitely or there could be a peace deal. Ukraine's military is full of Nazis. I don't mean fascists. I mean Nazis. Why not bring this to an end instead of letting Ukraine suffer these terrible consequences and why keep throwing money into yet another foreign war while the US people continue to sustain vicious degradation in their ability to afford the necessities of life?

Ukraine will not win this war because China is buying Russian oil propping up Putins economy; and China is providing drones for Russian use enabling Putins troops to increase attacks; and no doubt China is facilitating the movement of N Korean troops. Russia has become a proxy of China. A hundred thousand troops amassed ready to further invade Ukraine.

Apparently China now has the manufacturing ability to build the whole of the current UK Royal Navy in four years.

So Putin seems to have won on all fronts.

The Europeans are stepping up to support Zelenskyy and Ukraine.

Any ideas what might happen tomorrow? And beyond?

Why do you say Putin's "winning on all fronts" if the Europeans are stepping up to help Ukraine?

I've said it before and probably many times but I believe Ukraine has been losing this war for a long time.

I meant in the propaganda war with Trump. "All fronts" was misleading.
