We shouldn’t accept his framing. You don’t put a 747 in a library in downtown Miami which will probably be a hotel and casino anyway.
He wants to keep the 747 for his personal use. That’s how it should be framed.

We had neighbours from Sri Lanka who used a short handled grub hoe for digging & planting vegetables. Only garden tool I ever saw then use!
