Had it tonight. 4 common ingredients. 10 minutes. Dynamite!

Salmon filet. Spray with olive oil. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Spritz on a bit more oil.

Air fryer until * just* cooked through. Serve over green salad with a bit of vinaigrette.

We bought ours as a toaster, with the countertop oven function as a convenient plus. Didn’t think much about the air fryer function but use it quite often now.

Being as we’re cooking only for the two of us these days the little oven is just the right size for the quantities we need.
