Built in 2015. Was another home demolished, or was it built on an empty lot?
Lot of features and beautifully maintained. Decor is my color palette, except for those arresting pink and green rooms! They certainly get your attention. First floor master with bath is great. Dog shower a bonus. Not a swimmer, so the pool is not a draw.
I'd love to have a friend who lived in it and who would have me over frequently for dinner. And then I'd go home to my perfect MCM ranch.

It was an empty lot. There's another house now under construction on an adjacent lot. Most of the houses on the street date back to the late 1950s-early 1960s.

It was an empty lot. There's another house now under construction on an adjacent lot. Most of the houses on the street date back to the late 1950s-early 1960s.

I wonder if this is becoming a thing now... we met someone recently and he was telling us about their community pool, which is a saltwater pool. I don't think I ever heard of one before outside of a very fancy spa...
