I didn't know that she had passed away. I'm sorry she didn't live to see justice enacted on Denise's killer.

Is it possible you're thinking of Apple? I don't recall justme/Peggy being a moderator at TNCR. But maybe she just wasn't an active member over there when I joined and I didn't realize she was a moderator.
