@Mary-Anna I fixed the photo. And it actually was deleted. On this forum the original poster and people with superpowers can still see the deleted post. It is greyed out but it’s pretty subtle so it may look like it is still there. Everyone else sees "This post has been deleted".
It can also be restored by the OP and admin people.

@ShiroKuro You didn't really miss it. I edited the (deleted) post so the photo showed up but forgot to restore it so everyone could see it! Like I said, the greying out of a deleted post is subtle....
