    @ShiroKuro

I don't mind snow; I really don't like ice. Stay safe.

We came in around ten inches of snow with possibly another inch or two this morning. A bit more coming late tomorrow afternoon.

Exactly! Fortunately we don’t have anywhere we need to be today. Also I bet as the morning goes and it warms up a bit, and more people are out and about, it will resolve.

    Yikes! That’s a lot!!!

Yes, we set a record for yesterday for 24 hour total. It's a bit unusual to get this much in November.

@wtg I feel bad for all the people needing to get home after a Thanksgiving trip!

Well this is a first. I had something that was supposed to be delivered by UPS yesterday. The tracking updates said it was on the delivery truck at the local UPS center. I realized late yesterday that it still hadn't arrived and I went back to their status page and saw this:

Uncontrollable events have delayed delivery. We are adjusting delivery plans as quickly as possible. Please check back on the next business day for updates.

The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.

Delay: Emergency Situation or Severe Weather

I've never seen something get loaded on the truck and then not get delivered.

aside: I ordered a package of two replacement belts for our aged Hoover vacuum that we use in the basement. Four bucks, free delivery. How does Home Depot make any money on that sale?

40 degrees and raining this morning. Snow is all gone.

In Tucson, it has been snowing at home in Colorado. I miss it.

We're getting round two here tonight, and they're saying we're supposed to get accumulation over night. We didn't last time, despite predictions.

I have an appointment with a podiatrist tomorrow, arrival time is 8:05am which means I would need to leave the house at maybe 7:45 or 7:50am.... I hope the roads are clear, I really don't want to miss this appointment.

It's the line between freezing and not that will cause the infamous "black ice." Be careful!

Just a few flurries and then an all-day drizzle here.

We got a good bit of snow last night. Luckily a trio of football lads showed up on my porch this morning, shovels in hand, and offered to clear my walk and drive for $15.

I had em clear the snow off of my truck as well and gave them $30. Happy to do it and I hope they show up after every storm.

@Bernard the indoor pic especially is lovely! Your wall looks perfect!

We got a little bit of snow during the night on Monday. Enough to make things pretty but not so much as to cause a lot of trouble. The public schools were closed yesterday, but I was able to get to my doctor’s appointment (thankfully!) I hastily snapped some photos before we left.
