The Yamaha YUS1 I bought about 10 days ago arrived. It replaces the Kawai black box hybrid I had.
It is a Silent model so that I can use the headphones to avoid disturbing Bob when I am up in the night or his tolerance level is low.
The action is much better than any upright I have played except for a Bechstein.
Have added Piattino casters to keep the volume down. Also have panels of Owens-Corning 703 behind it to absorb sound. Have two behind it and two that I have moved to the side because they seem to be unnecessary. I like it with the casters and the two panels. I may not need to panels at all.

I had four of the sound absorbing panels behind the piano. Have moved two to the side. One of those panels is to the left of the piano.

I was expecting to see a new vehicle. 🤤 But this is even better!

Many happy hours of playing! 👍
