The company that manages our Santa Fe home (renting it when we're not there) is also a real estate firm. I saw this come on the market, so I checked it out in Zillow.

As the crow flies, this place is about 3/4 of a mile from ours. It backs up to the Dale Ball trail system which is a 25+ mile trail system in the foothills (up to 9K') east of Santa Fe.
