I am certain that I know people that approve of Hegseth. Sometimes it takes an effort not to think of those people.

I’m hoping this is the end of Hegseth. It might be what he’s hoping for too. Otherwise I cannot see why he would make such an abysmally stupid statement.

It might be Trumps best play before midterms.

He's made a lot of them; at least he's consistent.

I just read that Hasan is paralyzed from the chest down. Who could possibly think that it's a good idea to livestream the execution (via firing squad) of a man in a wheelchair?

Hegseth is as unhinged as his boss.

Just one group - self identified ‘MAGA Republican’ men.

I don't know anything about this, and have no opinion either.

I will say that the information presented seems correct to me in a social context.

So, in a general context, I like the idea of firing squads more than I do these botched execution attempts, in different states using drugs that can not do the job.

And, yes, I know the pharmaceutical industry will not
cooperate, and I think this excuse is beyond the pale.

            Not to sound morbid.

Update. Not to be live streamed.

                I read the OP.

Setting aside the politics, there's plenty of live streamed homicide now.

Oh, the pearl clutching... fear of a line being crossed.

Well, there's no line to cross.

Also, there used to be public executions, for a thousand years, and many more.

There used to be duels, too.

These people in the media suck.

                    Link to video

72 retired generals, admirals, and other high ranking officials wrote a public letter in protest.

                    Only then was it cancelled.

It you don't know the MTN YouTube channel, this is it.
