What are you going to do with the sliding door? Are you going to put a deck back up? I like the color scheme.
The repurposed wood pieces I panted are to build a railing to create a “Juliette balcony” at the front of the little porch in front of the sliding door. It’s the only place in the house where you can see the lake.
Deck will not be reinstalled.

Finally finished and I’m really happy with it.

You know those berries it gets in early summer are very edible. Bit reminiscent of a blueberry, but with bigger seeds.

I think it flowered white but I’m not sure. I’ll check this spring.
Prolly out to prune it a bit over the winter. It’s crowding the space.
