    https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/23pdf/22-451_7m58.pdf

The SCOTUS has essentially overturned “Chevron U.S.A. v. Natural Resources Defense Council.”
6-3 with Kagan, Sotomayor, and Jackson in dissent.

So if Biden believes Trump is an imminent threat to democracy, does this mean he can send him to Guantanamo or have him killed with full immunity? I'm sure Trump is thinking that way...

Or some supreme court justices are a threat to our national security and should be taken out? The list goes on...

              1. What can Team Biden do with the “presidential immunity” ruling?

              2. Will the “presidential immunity” ruling void the NY “hush money/falsification of business records” conviction?

                1. The possibilities are intriguing.

                2. I think not. The payoff was made when he wasn't president. Plus it was an offense at the state level.

Is it immunity on all levels, or only for federal crimes?

The payoff was made while he was in office; the arrangements were made before, I think. Was signing those checks an official act?

And Biden’s taking the high road. Sometimes I wish Dems would play as dirty as the other side.

Biden is old enough, he should send a few of the supremes and Trump to Guantanamo as enemies of the state. Then let the uproar work through the courts...

Cohen got reimbursed in 2017, but I think the transfer of the money to Cohen's Essential Consultants LLC in October is part of the conspiracy, so that was pre-presidency.
