Somebody’s going to lose their job over this leak.
The US military strikes on three of Iran’s nuclear facilities last weekend did not destroy the core components of the country’s nuclear program and likely only set it back by months, according to an early US intelligence assessment that was described by four people briefed on it.
The assessment, which has not been previously reported, was produced by the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Pentagon’s intelligence arm. It is based on a battle damage assessment conducted by US Central Command in the aftermath of the US strikes, one of the sources said.
The analysis of the damage to the sites and the impact of the strikes on Iran’s nuclear ambitions is ongoing, and could change as more intelligence becomes available. But the early findings are at odds with President Donald Trump’s repeated claims that the strikes “completely and totally obliterated” Iran’s nuclear enrichment facilities. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth also said on Sunday that Iran’s nuclear ambitions “have been obliterated.”
Two of the people familiar with the assessment said Iran’s stockpile of enriched uranium was not destroyed. One of the people said the centrifuges are largely “intact.”
“So the (DIA) assessment is that the US set them back maybe a few months, tops,” this person added.

It has to be enriched to 90%. It's in the range of industrial use at 60%, iirc.
This isn't about nuclear weapons according to the international monitoring agency and US intelligence.
How could it be when it's about regime change?
Let's put aside Israel and its nonsense starting this war, there seems to be something about the American masses wanting to be lied to and frightened out of their wits.
These regime change wars have led to disaster and this one would be no exception.

Who is expecting regime change? The Iranians don't think it, I don't from the news we hear, however nice it might be to have some kind of democracy.
If it does happen years from now then you'll probably see a military dictatorship come to power.
Israel will continue being the only western style democracy in the area for decades to come. This 12 day war was all about stopping the regions greatest sponsor of terror, of destabilisation, becoming an even worse bully.
Iranian influence including that of it's proxies has been greatly diminished and that is a good thing. -
Release the Israeli hostages!
On paper, with their pepole over 18 voting, multi-party system and more frequent elections leading to coalition governments, their democracy is at least as valid as yours?
Problem is their neighbours, troublesome people they have to live with (something with which I'd have thought you'd have empathy).
Seems they've tried forms of integration, mediation, separation, now they're being forced into isolation.
Release the hostages!
I have grave doubts as to the innocence of many Gazan civilians.
