We can't do anything about the days when dusk lasts until 9:04 p.m. until November?

Or is "the day" getting shorter every day (I hope)?

The days get shorter every day from now until the winter solstice in December. The time moves backward by an hour when daylight saving time ends in November.

        Thanks, Big Al.

The days should be getting shorter!

It gets dark just before 9 p.m. here and there's no way I can get to sleep by 9 p.m.

I liked "the time" not changing in AZ and HI.

Read how many hours of day there were added to dawn and dusk in a certain city to see how many hours of darkness remained.

          Wow.
