Those things you find annoying, and then realize that you're inner oldster is manifesting him/herself...

I stopped by a local grocery store this morning. There were few cars in the lot, and by extension, there were tons of open spaces. And a few morons...

1. Why do people drive the wrong way in the parking aisles? I mean, how hard is it to figure out which way you should be going so you don't block people trying to get out of the lot?

2. And why do those same people do a u-turn so they can pull into a parking space? Actually, make that parking spaces because they couldn't maneuver their huge SUV into a single space because they were making an unnecessarily tight turn they COULD HAVE AVOIDED BY GOING DOWN A PARKING AISLE IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.

The lot was like 10 percent full. It's not like it was the only available space.

Now me, I'm sanguine. I let them use my road and you'd think that would be enough, but alas, no. I am resigned to it.

I suspect many of those large RVs were bought by people that have never had to park a pickup truck in a parking lot. They did not know what they were doing.
I do know that many of those pulling travel trailers do not know what they are doing. They only know their pickup can pull the trailer. The trucks ability to manage a wayward trailer in the wind, etc. are often inadequate. Watch out.
