    I posted the listing for this house when it was up for sale in 2019/2020. It was a huge mess, with water-damaged ceilings and moldy walls and floors. It changed hands a bunch of times with the current owner (a flipper) purchasing it for $430K in 2022.

    Here's the original listing. Not sure how long it will stay up now that the remodeled house is up for sale:

        I can't imagine leaving that up! The RE agent should have tried to get it taken down before listing.

        I can't imagine buying that house... well not without a very, very clear understanding of what caused the water damage and assurances that it wouldn't reoccur. That basement makes me nervous.

        Having said all that, they did an amazing job with it! I'm sure the neighbors are pleased!
