I'm a sucker for garden gadgets. I ordered two of them. I have raised cedar beds that I've used for the last three years and it's time for some garden remodeling....😸

I'm having a use crisis with my herbs. I'm finding I might not use enough of them to make it worthwhile. This year I only grew basil, thyme and rosemary, and used really very little of any of it.

I use up my herbs when I make soups and stews but I haven’t been making them lately. Hopefully I’ll have some left in the fall when I start making them again.

Last year the thyme overwintered nicely in the pot and the rosemary and sage survived well in to February. This is the first year for tarragon - we’ll see how it goes.
