Hamilton is now the projected winner of the senate race in Kansas which gives Dems a Senate majority. That almost sounds unreal. Now let's grow that majority!

    The industrial revolution cheapened everything.

I donโ€™t understand the Republican wins in New England.

Deep South sure, but New England?

Red wins in NH, Vermont, others. Close race in Maine.

                          Seems odd.

Longtime Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) congratulated Democratic nominee James Talarico on his projected victory over Attorney General Ken Paxton.

โ€œThe voters have spoken, and I want to extend my congratulations to James Talarico on his election to the U.S. Senate,โ€ Cornyn wrote. โ€œI look forward to meeting him and offering my assistance with his transition as he prepares to serve Texans in the U.S. Senate.โ€

@Steve-Miller I don't know what you're referring to. There was no election in VT today. NH elected Democrat Chris Pappas to the Senate. NH governor's race--as far as I know--is still too close to call. Maine is still being shown as likely Dem. for Senate.

                                The industrial revolution cheapened everything.

@Steve-Miller The NYTimes now has Maine and Minn. as 'very likely Democrat'. That's a change from 'likely Democrat'.

Minneapolis and St. Paul finally reported.

This is more what I would expect.

And now it looks like Collins is going down in Maine.

Good. She has been a pimple on the butt of progress for far too long.
