Hamilton is now the projected winner of the senate race in Kansas which gives Dems a Senate majority. That almost sounds unreal. Now let's grow that majority!

      The industrial revolution cheapened everything.

I don’t understand the Republican wins in New England.

Deep South sure, but New England?

Red wins in NH, Vermont, others. Close race in Maine.

                            Seems odd.

NE. The deep south with more snow?

Longtime Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) congratulated Democratic nominee James Talarico on his projected victory over Attorney General Ken Paxton.

“The voters have spoken, and I want to extend my congratulations to James Talarico on his election to the U.S. Senate,” Cornyn wrote. “I look forward to meeting him and offering my assistance with his transition as he prepares to serve Texans in the U.S. Senate.”

@Steve-Miller I don't know what you're referring to. There was no election in VT today. NH elected Democrat Chris Pappas to the Senate. NH governor's race--as far as I know--is still too close to call. Maine is still being shown as likely Dem. for Senate.

                                  The industrial revolution cheapened everything.

@Steve-Miller The NYTimes now has Maine and Minn. as 'very likely Democrat'. That's a change from 'likely Democrat'.

This is more what I would expect.

And now it looks like Collins is going down in Maine.

Good. She has been a pimple on the butt of progress for far too long.
