Alex Honnold is free climbing 1667 feet to the top of a skyscraper in Taipei.
    It is live on Netflix.
Honnold is the guy who free climbed Half Dome in Yosemite. The movie about it is Free Solo.

He is a H*** of a lot more calm doing it than I am watching it.

I was thinking that. His heart rate is probably half that of the average person watching him. He’s made out of different stuff than the rest of us.

Watched him doing pullups with his hands far apart.
Made my scarred shoulders hurt to watch.
        He does 300.

One thing remarkable from the video is how high he can lift one leg, put his foot on something, and then effortlessly use it to lift his body. He lifts one leg up to waist height and lifts his body like we might do on a single stair.
