The world now has evidence of a cow scratching its ass with a tool.
It's a big deal because, previously, cows are not known to use tools, at least not on their own.

It is a common practice to tie burlap bags to a cable and secure it high on a pole and to the ground. The bags are soaked with and insect repellent.
The cows use it to scratch what itches. The insect repellent helps keeps the flies away.
