No doubt the current political situation is causing a lot of that in the US.

When we go out and see news on the TV, we ask that the channel be changed to "anything but"...

The Detectorists is a series I've watched a couple of times. Very English comfort viewing

I have to do much work holding down this house by myself and cleaning up every day after Not Me to avoid a three times you're out eviction notice since we've already received two due to his eyesore messes outside and I've been living with this stress and the stress of the chaos of Not Me for enough time that it's affected my health and quality of life without a doubt. I never feel like I can completely relax and I have trouble focusing on anything for any length of time. We used to binge watch TV. I never do that now. There always seems to be something I have to do or something I have to do in preparation for something I have to do later. The Universe has blessed me with a way out of this. I look forward to feeling safe solely responsible for my own life and in command of my time behind my own locked door. I hope to get back to being able to do many things I used to enjoy.
