    Zodiac signs, that is.

    https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2025/upshot/zodiac-signs.html

Your zodiac sign is likely not what you think it is, because the constellations' positions relative to the earth's orientation have changed over the last two thousand years. Most "Scorpios" have been replaced by a constellation that's not in the traditional twelve signs, Ophiucus. 🤷

A Babylonian system, iirc. I used to be spetical of that civilization until I realized I was being arbitrary and predujiced.

It's not my thing but if it works for you have it and be happy.

BTW, nothing related to time is what it seems to be. Seven years of studying horology taught me humans cannot measure time. We now rely on atomic time keeping. It's as hopeless as any other tried or conceived way of trying to measure it.

                  Not so fast . . .
                  https://www.bbc.com/news/magazine-12207811

Astrologers say this shift in where the stars appear to be has no bearing on the "tropical zodiac" system. This is what is typically used for horoscopes in the West, and is based on segments of the sky calculated using the equinoxes on Earth.

                  The industrial revolution cheapened everything.
