So, I was catching up on my sleep and my phone rang.

Could the roofing company come early, today, and in 10 minutes?

Well, of course. It's not the kind of situation where you say no.

I jumped out of bed and took a shower.

They were on the roof by the time rm and I left to go to his mother's.

I told them to call me if they needed anything, took my backpack, and left the house open.

I had coffee at rm's mom's house and left for my 3 month routine Dr
appointment.

I printed a form I needed to take to ask my Dr. to sign.

I'm at the Dr. whose office is closed for lunch. I got threatened with not being seen if I were ever late after being late once in 5 years. You don't have to tell me twice.

I had a super-productive day yesterday and am now only a few steps from finishing everything I need to do for the probate process.

I will return to the mom's house to wait out the heat and enjoy homemade apple cobbler with ice cream.

I can finally see the end of this probate process happening and enjoy looking forward to being in circumstances that will be condusive to my independence, health, and peace of mind.
