i found this channel last year, a family homestead/ranch in Montana, it’s a working ranch, they rebuilt one of the original homestead cabin, (and documented it on YouTube) and now they use if to make Pioneer Skills videos - the latest one is about sourdough - and I like her attitude about it all (it’s supposed to be simple) - in this video she makes English muffins and apple fritters.
